1  If my cake cannot be delivered due to wrong or incomplete address or recipient is not available, will I get a refund?

No. Given the perishable nature of our cakes, a complete and correct shipping address is always required for delivery. Also be sure there is someone available to receive the cake at the given address. If your cake cannot be delivered due to any of these reasons and is returned, a refund will not be issued -- not only because the product of course cannot be resold once shipped out, but also because delivery companies charge us additional shipping cost to return the cake from the destination to which it was sent. If your cake is returned due to any of the above reasons, the best we can offer is a reship while we wont be responsible for the condition of the cake anymore (we will gladly cover the cost of its return to our office, but you must agree to pay for the new shipping cost associated)

2  Delivery and Ordering information

An order can only be considered as duly placed when it has been placed either via our website, telephone, call or our office, text message to our official line, e-mail or by walking into our office; And acknowledged in writting after receipt of full payment either by internet transfer, debit/credit card or cash payment.

Our cakes have different required lead time, kindly endeavor to place your order before the required lead time.

If there is a need to order a particular cake after the required lead time or you need a same day delivery/pick up, you will need to call us on 08098007898 before 12noon.

3  Do you deliver cakes outside Lagos state?

Yes, for wedding cakes and large customized cakes but we do not offer the same service for smaller cakes.

4  Can I be sure my delivery will be done on time?

Definitely, atleast we make sure to do our part which is to set out on time. However, it is common knowledge that Lagos traffic can change anyone’s plans and traveling on Lagos roads with something as fragile as cakes can be quite challenging as our first concern will be to get it delivered intact.
